Shipping
Most goods are shipped from Hong Kong; some products are shipped directly
from China. We currently use standard airmail and try to keep delivery charges
to a minimum while trying to send your package as quickly as possible.
We ship orders around 2 working days of receiving them if the products are in
stock. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
If you wish to make your own shipping arrangements, we will accommodate your
choice and you will be charged for additional cost.
Stocking levels and shipping times for packaged goods are estimates and are
subject to contingencies that may be beyond our control.
Your parcel will be packed and checked before dispatch to ensure all items are
included and securely packed this way we ensure that all your items reach you in
excellent condition.
In the unlikely event that your goods are lost or damaged in transit please
contact us immediately. In the case of non-delivery, please contact us and we
will endeavor to track its location for you.
Returns
The goods which are returned must be unopened and unused. A full refund will be
given on receipt of the goods as long as the returned items are in the exact
condition in which they were sent out to the customer. If any seals have been
broken, then the items will be classed as damaged goods on the customers'
behalf.
PLEASE NOTE: we can only accept the return of opened goods if they are faulty or
an order error, postage on returns by standard registered postal office mail
will be paid by Chinafavorites.com. No other delivery service charges will be
paid for by Chinafavorites.com at any time.
To return a portion of your order, we ask that you contact us within 30 days by
email so that the exchange, refund or credit transaction can be arranged to your
satisfaction.
Please include the packing slip or a copy of your invoice and a note advising us
of the reason for your return.
Merchandise returned as a result of a customer changing their mind will be
subject to a 15% restocking charge plus shipping, insurance and transaction fee
incurred.
