This is a Chinese opera mask made in clay and hand painted. The mask represents Chuan Ju.

Sichuan Opera is one major type of local operas of China. It spreads in Sichuan, Chongqing, and some areas of Guizhou, Yunan, and Tibet mainly.

It divides into Sheng, Dan, Jing, Mo and Chou, five major trades on role’s modeling and is famous for comedy. Derive out a lot of “exclusives”.
